Overview
The QT40-3C is a compact, manual, mobile block-forming machine belonging to the "egg-laying" series of brick-making machines. Developed by distilling the advantages of various block-forming models, it features a mobile design that eliminates the need for a fixed factory building, thereby significantly reducing transportation costs and site constraints.
Key Advantages
1. Highly Mobile and Versatile
Equipped with wheels and a towing mechanism, the machine can be easily moved between construction sites for on-site production. Simply by changing molds, it can produce various brick types, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving stones, and curbstones.
2. Pallet-Free Design for Cost Savings
Production takes place directly on a level concrete surface, eliminating the need for pallets and significantly reducing procurement and maintenance costs.
3. High-Efficiency Vibration for Superior Brick Quality
Utilizes synchronous vibration technology to ensure high density, strength, and uniform quality. Bricks can support a person's weight immediately after demolding.
4. Low Investment, Fast Return
Affordable and easy to operate, making it ideal for small-scale startups or on-site use by construction companies. It requires only 1–2 operators, keeping labor costs low.
5. High-Quality Components
Molds are made from No. 16 manganese steel and undergo high-temperature carburizing heat treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 54–58. This ensures durability and resistance to deformation during long-term use. The equipment holds international certifications such as ISO9001, CE, and SGS.
Brick Types Produced
By simply changing molds, the QT40-3C can produce a variety of brick types
• Hollow blocks (400×200×200mm, 400×150×200mm, 400×100×200mm, etc.)
• Solid bricks (various specifications)
• Paving stones/Interlocking pavers
