Overview

The QT40-2 is a manual block molding machine featuring a push-pull upper mold and a material-scraping design, ensuring convenient and flexible operation. This model requires low investment and offers a quick return, making it particularly suitable for small-to-medium-sized brick plants and startup investors.

Key Advantages

1. Excellent Cost-Performance Ratio — Low initial investment threshold; ideal for small and medium-sized investors starting out.

2. Multi-functional — Switch between different brick types simply by changing molds; offers flexibility to adapt to market changes.

3. High-Quality Finished Products — Equipped with a high-performance vibration motor delivering 30 kN of force, ensuring high density and strength in the brick bodies.

4. Easy Operation — Features push-pull mold handling and material leveling; the entire production line can be operated by just 1–3 people.

5. Durable and Reliable — Main body constructed from high-strength steel; key components treated for wear resistance, ensuring a long service life.

6. Globally Proven — Products exported to numerous countries and regions across Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and beyond.

Note: The figures above represent theoretical output; actual production capacity depends on factors such as raw material mix and operator proficiency.

Brick Types Produced

By simply changing molds, the QT40-2 brick-making machine can produce a variety of brick types

• Hollow blocks (390×190×190, 400×200×200, 400×150×200, 400×100×200, etc.)

• Solid bricks (240×115×53 standard bricks, etc.)

• Pavers/Holland bricks (200×100×60, etc.)

• Interlocking bricks (I-shape, S-shape, etc.)

Operation

Working Principle

The QT40-2 utilizes a vibration molding method involving the simultaneous vibration of the table and the mold. A vibration motor generates the necessary force, while the mold head works in conjunction with the vibration to compact and shape the concrete mixture within the mold box. Once formed, the green bricks are demolded and discharged, proceeding to the natural curing stage.

Production Process

1. Batching and Mixing: Raw materials—such as cement, sand, crushed stone, and fly ash—are fed into the mixer in specific proportions and blended.

2. Feeding and Molding: The mixture is fed into the brick machine's mold box and shaped through vibration and compression; the molding cycle takes approximately 40 seconds.

3. Demolding and Discharge: Automatic demolding occurs after shaping; the green bricks are then transported to the curing area manually or via a manual forklift.

4. Natural Curing: Green bricks undergo water curing in the designated area for 7–28 days, reaching the required strength for use.

The complete equipment set is ready for operation upon connection; simply connect the power and feed in materials to start production—no complex installation is required.
