Operation

Basic Working Principle

The QT4-30 utilizes a molding method that combines hydraulic pressing with vibration forming. The diesel engine drives the hydraulic system (rated pressure: 15 MPa), using hydraulic cylinders to actuate the mold for pressing and demolding. Simultaneously, a vibration motor generates high-frequency vibrations (4,000–4,800 rpm) to ensure the concrete is evenly compacted within the mold, resulting in high-density, high-strength brick units.

Workflow

1. Batching: Measure raw materials—such as cement, sand, and crushed stone—according to the required mix ratio.

2. Mixing: Feed raw materials into the concrete mixer and add water to create a uniform concrete mixture.

3. Feeding: Transfer the concrete mixture into the brick machine's hopper.

4. Molding: The machine automatically performs material feeding, vibration, hydraulic pressing, and demolding; the molding cycle takes 30 seconds.

5. Curing: Allow the formed bricks to cure naturally (via water spraying).
