Overview

The QT40-3A is a compact, mobile hydraulic block molding machine, classified as an "Egg-Laying" type brick maker. It combines the advantages of hydraulic and mechanical technologies, allowing brick units to be molded directly onto the ground without the need for pallets. Featuring an advanced design and robust structure, the machine incorporates technologies such as mold-box vibration, hydraulic transmission, and automatic mobility. It offers a compact footprint, high output, ease of operation, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. With its combination of affordability and high quality, it is an ideal choice for customers seeking a low-investment, high-return solution.

Core Advantages

1. No pallets required; direct brick discharge: Green bricks are formed directly on the ground, significantly saving on pallet investment costs.

2. Ultra-low energy consumption: Power consumption is only one-sixth that of similar-capacity models.

3. Flexible mobility: The machine moves freely on concrete surfaces (automatic/manual modes), maneuvering easily—forward, backward, and turning—allowing for on-site production.

4. Simple operation: Controlled via manual buttons; requires only 2–3 operators with no complex training.

5. Rapid return on investment: Low price and high quality allow customers to recoup their investment within six months.

6. High green brick quality: Produces blocks with high density, high strength, precise dimensions, and smooth surfaces.

7. Wide range of raw materials: Compatible with cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, coal gangue, slag, construction waste, and more.

8. No installation required; plug-and-play: Ready for operation immediately upon connecting to a power source; no complex setup needed.

9. Multi-purpose: Produces various brick types simply by changing molds.

Brick Types Produced

By simply changing molds, the QT40-3A can produce a variety of brick types

Hollow blocks: 400×200×200, 400×150×200, 400×100×200 (typically used for wall masonry)

Standard solid bricks: 240×115×53 (commonly used for wall masonry)

Paving bricks: 200×200×60, 300×150×100 (used for sidewalks and plaza paving)

Interlocking blocks: 230×220×115 (used for slope protection and parking lots)

Custom molds for specific sizes and shapes are available upon request.

Operation

Working Principle

The QT40-3A utilizes a molding method that combines mold-box vibration with hydraulic pressure. After raw materials enter the mold box, the vibration platform ensures uniform force distribution, generating powerful and consistent vibration to fully compact the material within the mold; the hydraulic system assists with material feeding and compaction. The lifting motor features a robust braking function, and limit stops allow for precise control of the brick height. Finished bricks are discharged via a steel-plate transmission mechanism, ensuring stable movement and preventing jams.

Workflow

1. Raw Material Preparation: Mix cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, etc., according to the required ratio and add an appropriate amount of water.

2. Material Feeding: Transport the mixed material into the mold box using a manual hopper cart.

3. Vibration Molding: Activate the vibration system; mold-box vibration compacts and shapes the material.

4. Hydraulic Compaction: The hydraulic system applies pressure to the material to ensure brick density and strength.

5. Demolding/Discharge: After molding, the bricks are deposited directly onto the ground; no pallets are required.

6. Machine Movement: The equipment can move freely on concrete surfaces, traveling both forward and backward.
