Operation

Simple Operating Principle

The QT40-3C utilizes "vibration molding" technology. After the proportioned concrete mixture is fed into the mold, a vibration motor generates high-frequency vibrations to evenly compact the mixture within the mold cavity, while a pressure head applies downward force to achieve final compaction and shaping. Once molding is complete, the machine moves forward, leaving the formed bricks behind to begin the next production cycle—this "move-while-producing" method is the origin of the "egg-laying" designation.

Workflow

1. Material Preparation: Mix cement, sand, crushed stone, fly ash, etc., according to the required ratio.

2. Material Feeding: Fill the mold cavity with the mixed concrete.

3. Vibration Molding: Activate the vibration motor; high-frequency vibration compacts the mixture.

4. Pressing: The pressure head applies force to complete the shaping process.

5. Demolding & Movement: The machine moves forward, leaving the bricks in place (pallet-free design).

6. Curing: The formed bricks undergo natural curing on level ground.
