The QT4-24 semi-automatic concrete block molding machine is a compact, economical, and user-friendly piece of equipment designed for versatility. The model designation “4-24” indicates that it produces four standard hollow blocks (400×200×200mm) per cycle, with a molding cycle time of 24 seconds. It features a dual-column, dual-pressure design and a high-frequency vibration system combining bottom and top-mold vibration, resulting in blocks with high density and strength. By simply changing molds, the machine can produce various types of bricks, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, pavers, and interlocking blocks.
