Overview
The JQ350 concrete mixer is a professional vertical pan-type mixing unit widely used in small-to-medium-sized construction projects and building material production lines. Designed for the stable and uniform mixing of concrete, cement mortar, and dry-mix materials, it features a compact vertical structure and floor-mounted installation, eliminating the need for complex foundation work.
Unlike traditional drum mixers, the JQ350 utilizes a planetary mixing action that eliminates dead zones, ensuring a completely homogeneous mixture. It serves as an ideal supporting unit for brick factories, road construction, rural building projects, and small-scale precast component manufacturing.
Suitable materials
This versatile mixer is suitable for a wide range of industrial and civil construction applications, particularly when paired with block-molding production lines. The JQ350 effectively blends cement, sand, aggregates, fly ash, and various dry powders to produce high-quality concrete mortar, raw materials for hollow bricks and paving stones, and mixes for precast concrete components.
It meets the mixing requirements for concrete blocks, hollow blocks, interlocking pavers, and cement bricks. Beyond block production, this pan mixer is widely used in residential construction, road and bridge maintenance, small dam projects, and rural infrastructure upgrades.
Its flexible feeding methods, reliable discharge performance, and consistent mixing quality help enhance the density and surface finish of finished blocks while significantly reducing defect rates.
Operation
Working Principle
The JQ350 concrete mixer achieves uniform material blending through the principle of forced mechanical mixing. Upon startup, the motor transmits power to the gearbox, driving the central mixing shaft and the planetary blade assembly to rotate smoothly.
Raw materials—such as cement, sand, aggregate, and water—are evenly fed into the cylindrical mixing drum; as the mixing blades rotate, the materials undergo comprehensive lifting, dropping, tumbling, and shearing actions.
Simultaneously, fixed side scrapers continuously clear material from the drum walls and bottom, preventing adhesion and eliminating mixing dead zones. Through continuous forced mechanical mixing, the dry materials and water blend thoroughly to produce a uniform, high-density concrete mortar that meets construction and brick-making standards. Once mixing is complete, the material can be discharged quickly and completely, leaving no residue.
Configuration
Construction and Components
Each JQ350 concrete mixer is built to rigorous precision manufacturing standards; by strictly controlling the quality of core components and employing superior industrial manufacturing techniques, we ensure exceptional durability.
The main body is welded from thickened, high-strength steel plate, creating a robust structure with high compressive strength that resists deformation even during prolonged, heavy-load operation.
The mixing blades and scrapers are made of high-manganese wear-resistant steel, offering outstanding resistance to abrasion and impact, making them capable of handling the long-term, intensive mixing of sand and aggregate.
The power system features an all-copper three-phase asynchronous motor that delivers stable output and excellent overload resistance; compared to standard aluminum-wound motors, this motor generates less heat and offers a longer service life.
Wear-resistant liners are installed on the bottom and inner walls of the mixing drum; these liners are removable and replaceable, effectively reducing long-term maintenance costs. The entire unit utilizes an advanced cold-rolled steel coating process, with surfaces treated for rust, corrosion, and weather resistance, enabling reliable performance in harsh outdoor and factory environments. A reinforced, stable support frame design effectively minimizes operational vibration, ensuring overall stability during use.
Scientifically Engineered Equipment Structure
The JQ350 concrete mixer features a compact, integrated modular design comprising key components such as a sturdy frame base, a cylindrical mixing drum, a power drive system, a gearbox, a central mixing shaft, a set of wear-resistant blades, fixed cleaning scrapers, and inlet/outlet ports. The machine’s layout is rational and compact, ensuring efficient, coordinated operation of all components.
An independent gearbox drive system ensures stable power transmission and a low failure rate; a symmetrical blade arrangement guarantees balanced mixing forces and uniform material blending; and the design incorporating detachable wear-resistant liners and mixing blades greatly facilitates routine inspection, replacement, and maintenance.
This scientific structural design not only achieves high mixing efficiency and operational stability but also minimizes the machine's footprint, making it suitable for small-scale brick production lines and confined construction sites.
