The equipment is simple, efficient, and highly automated. After a smooth startup, the motor drives the rotor and high-manganese steel hammerheads to rotate at high speed.

Large pieces of brick, construction waste, and ore are fed evenly into the crushing chamber through the inlet.

The high-speed rotating hammerheads generate powerful impact forces, instantly shattering the large material; the crushed material then collides with the chamber's liner plates, resulting in secondary breakage.

Material with a particle size smaller than the screen aperture passes through the bottom screen plate as the finished product, while oversized material remains in the crushing chamber to undergo further impact from the hammers until it meets the required size specifications.

The entire crushing cycle is continuous and efficient, ensuring uniform output and a stable supply of aggregate.
