Overview

The QT6-15 concrete brick making machine is a fully automatic, multifunctional block molding unit. It features an optimized design and robust structure, utilizing forced material feeding and vibration-compression technology to accelerate the molding process.

Positioned as a high-performance, cost-effective, fully automatic model, the QT6-15 is equipped with a PLC control system, fault self-diagnosis, digital displacement sensing, and remote monitoring capabilities. It is currently one of the most popular non-fired brick machines on the market.

Core Advantages

1. Fully Automatic PLC Intelligent Control: The machine utilizes a PLC system with a computer interface, enabling random signal analysis, fault diagnosis, and parameter setting to ensure optimal performance.

2. High-Efficiency Vibration Molding Technology: Computer-controlled hydraulic flow and pressure manage vertical synchronous vibration, frequency variation, and braking; excess hydraulic energy is converted into impact force, reducing energy consumption. Low-frequency feeding combined with high-frequency vibration and simultaneous table-mold vibration ensures the concrete fully liquefies and de-aerates within 2–3 seconds, resulting in high product density and strength.

3. Forced Uniform Material Distribution System: When the feed box moves over the mold, mixing forks operate rapidly to ensure even material discharge and consistent product strength. A specialized material storage and distribution system, paired with a unique anti-bridging device, facilitates rapid, uniform feeding and minimizes strength variations.

4. Versatility and Flexible Mold Changing: By simply changing molds, the machine can produce over a hundred types of bricks, including porous bricks, standard bricks, hollow bricks, colored pavers, grass pavers, and slope protection bricks.

5. Broad Raw Material Adaptability: Industrial waste materials—such as fly ash, furnace slag, coal gangue, and tailings—can be utilized as raw materials, enabling the resource recovery of solid waste.

6. High Cost-Performance Ratio: High output, mold versatility, and efficient production across various brick types ensure a manageable investment.

7. Robust and Durable Structure: Constructed using heavy-duty structural steel and specialized welding techniques, the machine offers excellent rigidity, vibration resistance, and a long service life. VII. Brick Types Produced

By simply changing molds, the QT6-15 brick-making machine can produce a wide variety of brick types

• Hollow blocks: 390×190×190mm, etc.

• Perforated bricks: 240×115×90mm, etc.

• Standard solid bricks: 240×115×53mm, etc.

• Paving bricks/pavers: 200×100×60mm, 200×163×60mm, etc.

• Colored pavers (requires dual-material feeder)

• Interlocking blocks, Dutch bricks

• Curbstones, slope protection bricks

• Grass pavers, tree-surround bricks

• Insulated blocks, permeable bricks

• Custom molds for special-shaped bricks available upon request

A single QT6-15 unit meets diverse engineering needs, including building wall construction, pavement surfacing, landscaping, and hydraulic slope protection.

Operation

Basic Working Principle

The QT6-15 utilizes table-mold synchronous vibration-compression technology. Its core working principles are as follows:

1. Hydraulic and Vibration Synergy: Computer control regulates hydraulic flow and pressure to manage synchronous vertical vibration, frequency variation, and braking.

2. Excess Oil Conversion: Excess hydraulic oil from the pressurization phase is converted into impact vibration force, effectively reducing energy consumption.

3. Low-Frequency Feeding & High-Frequency Molding: Low-frequency vibration is used during the feeding stage to ensure uniform material distribution, while the system switches to high-frequency vibration for the molding stage.

4. Rapid Liquefaction and Air Exhaustion: Combined table-mold vibration causes the concrete to fully liquefy and release air within 2–3 seconds, achieving high density and strength.

5. Synchronous Demolding: Synchronous demolding after shaping ensures precise product dimensions and high density.

Workflow

The complete workflow of the QT6-15 fully automatic brick making machine is as follows

1. Batching and Mixing: Raw materials—such as cement, sand, crushed stone, and fly ash—are measured according to the formula and fed into a mixer (e.g., JS500) for blending.

2. Material Feeding: The feed box moves over the mold box; internal mixing forks operate rapidly to ensure even discharge. A directional feeding mechanism and a reciprocating arch-breaking rake ensure rapid and uniform material distribution.

3. Pre-vibration Feeding: Pre-vibration occurs simultaneously with feeding to achieve initial material compaction.

4. Pressing and Molding: The pressure head descends; combined with table-mold vibration, the concrete fully liquefies and releases air within 2–3 seconds. 5. Synchronous demolding: Demolding occurs simultaneously upon completion of the molding process.

6. Brick discharge and conveying: Finished bricks are discharged by the pallet feeder and can be automatically stacked using a palletizer.
