Model Selection and Usage Recommendations
As the top-tier, 10-mold industrial-grade model in the series, the QTS10-10 is suitable only for clients engaged in large-scale, standardized, high-volume production; it is not recommended for small-scale pilot runs, individual small-scale operations, or low-volume businesses—standard models with 1 to 7 molds are preferable for those cases.
Before production begins, raw materials must undergo thorough pre-processing—including crushing, screening, and the removal of hard impurities—to ensure the precision of simultaneous 10-mold forming and to extend mold lifespan. Specific production formulas tailored to local soil characteristics should be stored and recalled via a one-touch function during mass production to guarantee consistent product quality. The production site requires a large paved area and an expansive, zoned curing area to accommodate the stacking and curing of massive quantities of green bricks, with the curing cycle strictly controlled at 7–14 days.
Routine maintenance involves regularly checking hydraulic pressure balance, vibration frequency, and the integrity of oil circuit seals, as well as cleaning residual soil from mold cavities and tightening machine bolts.
