Overview

The QT4-24 semi-automatic concrete block molding machine is a compact, economical, and user-friendly piece of equipment designed for versatility. The model designation "4-24" indicates that it produces four standard hollow blocks (400×200×200mm) per cycle, with a molding cycle time of 24 seconds. It features a dual-column, dual-pressure design and a high-frequency vibration system combining bottom and top-mold vibration, resulting in blocks with high density and strength. By simply changing molds, the machine can produce various types of bricks, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, pavers, and interlocking blocks.

Key Advantages

1. Versatile functionality; flexible brick types

By simply changing molds, the machine can produce various brick types, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, pavers, and interlocking blocks. Mold replacement is quick and easy.

2. High-frequency vibration; superior molding quality

Utilizes three vibration motors (two 5.5kW motors at the bottom and one 3kW motor at the top). Combining mold vibration with table vibration ensures high product density, excellent strength, and precise dimensions.

3. Simple operation; low labor requirements

Features a user-friendly design requiring only 3–5 operators. Electric mold movement and electric material feeding significantly reduce labor intensity. No on-site installation by specialized engineers is required; production can begin immediately after connecting the power supply.

Affordable pricing (costing only a few thousand USD) combined with high daily output ensures a short investment payback period. Ideal for small-to-medium-scale investors and startup projects. VII. Brick Types Produced

By simply changing the molds, the QT4-24 can produce a wide range of brick types, including

Operation

Working Principle

The QT4-24 operates on the principle of mechanical vibration molding. It is equipped with three vibration motors: two 5.5kW motors at the bottom and one 3kW motor at the top. During operation, the uniformly mixed concrete is fed into the main machine's mold via a conveyor belt. The three motors operate simultaneously, creating a composite vibration effect that combines mold vibration with table vibration. Once molding is complete, an electric push-pull system automatically ejects the finished bricks.

Workflow

1. Batching and Mixing: Raw materials—such as cement, crushed stone, sand, and fly ash—are added to a JQ350 mixer according to the specified ratio; water is added, and the mixture is forced-mixed into uniform concrete.

2. Conveying and Feeding: The mixed concrete is transported to the main machine's hopper via a 6-meter conveyor belt.

3. Automatic Material Feeding: Material is automatically deposited into the mold via an electric feeding system.

4. Pressing and Vibration Molding: The top mold descends to apply pressure while the three vibration motors (top and bottom) vibrate at high frequency, compacting and molding the material within 24 seconds.

5. Automatic Demolding: The electric push-pull system ejects the finished bricks from the mold. 6. Finished Product Transport: Finished bricks are transported to the curing area by manual pushcarts or transport trolleys for stacking and curing.

Configuration

The QT4-24 concrete brick-making machine production line consists primarily of the following equipment

Equipment NameDescription
QT4-24 Main Machineblock molding machine (core equipment)
JQ350 Vertical MixerModel 350 concrete mixer
6-Meter Belt ConveyorTransports mixed concrete to the main machine's hopper
Electrical Control BoxPLC control system for managing operational processes
Hand Cart / Transfer CartUsed for transporting finished bricks
Mold (Optional)Customized according to the specific brick type
Pallet / Brick PalletPallets for holding finished bricks
Block Stacker (Optional Upgrade)Automatic palletizing to enhance efficiency

Equipped with a mixer, conveyor belt, brick stacker, and trolley, forming a complete small-scale production line that ensures convenient material feeding and a smooth production workflow.

5. Robust and durable; long service life

The main unit is constructed from high-quality Q235B steel, with CO₂ gas-shielded welding enhancing vibration resistance. Molds undergo carburizing treatment, ensuring high wear resistance and a long service life.

6. Low investment; quick return
