Overview
Key Advantages
1. High Molding Quality
Utilizes a molding method combining directional vertical vibration of the bottom mold with pressurized vibration of the top mold, ensuring rapid forming, high density, and uniform strength.
2. Easy Operation and Labor Savings
The equipment features a rational design and simple operation. Hydraulic unloading replaces manual unloading, significantly reducing labor intensity; workers can handle automatic material distribution simply by operating a control lever.
Compatible with various raw materials—such as crushed stone, sand, cement, fly ash, and coal cinder—allowing for cost-effective production tailored to local resource availability. VII. Brick Types Produced
By changing molds, the QT40-1 can produce a variety of brick types
Hollow block series
• 400×250×200mm
• 400×200×200mm
• 400×150×200mm
• 400×100×200mm
• 390×190×190mm
• 390×240×190mm
Solid brick/Standard brick series

Operation
Working Principle
The QT40-1 brick machine employs a molding method that combines directional vertical vibration of the bottom mold with pressure and vibration from the top mold. During operation, the uniformly mixed concrete is transported via conveyor belt into the main machine's hopper and then into the mold. High-performance vibration motors generate high-frequency vibrations, ensuring the concrete raw materials are distributed quickly and evenly within the mold and preventing material accumulation. Simultaneously, the top mold applies pressure, resulting in rapid molding, high density, and uniform strength. Once molding is complete, the hydraulic system automatically ejects the finished bricks.
Workflow
1. Batching and Mixing: Raw materials—such as cement, crushed stone, sand, and fly ash—are added to a JQ350 mixer according to the specified ratio; water is added, and the mixture is blended into uniform concrete.
2. Conveying and Feeding: The mixed concrete is transported via a 6-meter conveyor belt to the hopper at the top of the main machine.
3. Automatic Material Distribution: The operator uses a control lever to automatically feed the material into the mold.
4. Pressure and Vibration Molding: The top mold descends to apply pressure while the bottom vibration motor operates at high frequency, compacting and molding the material within 40 seconds.
5. Automatic Demolding: The hydraulic demolding system ejects the finished bricks from the mold.
6. Finished Product Output: Finished bricks are removed manually or via auxiliary equipment for stacking and curing.
Configuration
Designed for efficiency and ease of operation, the machine automates pallet feeding and material loading, effectively lowering labor intensity and boosting productivity.
