QT40-3C small egg laying block machine

QT40-3C small egg laying block machine

QT40-3C small egg laying block machine is a small, portable, no-pallet concrete brick making machine. It features simple structure, easy operation and low investment. No need for brick pallets, the machine can move freely on site to lay blocks directly on the ground, ideal for rural construction, small projects and personal small business use.

Dimensions: 1,440 × 1,330 × 1,720 mm
Weight: 1.3T
Molding Cycle: 30 seconds

Overview

QT40-3C small egg laying block machine adopts high-strength integral steel frame structure, with thickened welded steel plate as the main body. The whole machine is rigid, not easy to deform, and keeps stable working performance under long-term heavy vibration.

All key load-bearing parts are made of high-quality carbon steel, processed by precision cutting and full welding technology. The overall structure is solid, shock-resistant and anti-fatigue, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.

The mold is made of high manganese steel material with overall heat treatment. It features high hardness, wear resistance and anti-deformation, ensuring neat block size and long service life of the mold.

Equipped with thickened solid walking wheels and reinforced bearing support, the machine moves smoothly and bears heavy load without damage in frequent site moving.

Vibration components and connecting parts adopt standard thickened accessories, with strong connection toughness, not easy to loose or crack during continuous vibrating work, stable and durable for long-time daily production.
Key advantages
1. Mobile & Flexible — Equipped with walking wheels, one person can push and move anywhere on the construction site.
2. No Pallet Cost — Egg-laying design, bricks molded directly on the ground, save pallet investment and labor.
3. Easy Operation — Simple mechanical control, no professional skills required, easy for beginners.
4. Low Energy & Low Cost — Low power consumption, durable steel body and heat-treated mold, long service life.
5. Multi-purpose — Replaceable molds for different types of blocks to meet various construction needs.
List of bricks producible by the QT40-3C “Egg-Laying” Brick Machine (various sizes and types can be produced by simply changing the mold):
1. Standard hollow bricks (most common)
– 390×190×190mm two-hole hollow brick
– 390×140×190mm hollow block
– 390×115×190mm thin hollow brick
2. Solid concrete bricks
– 240×115×53mm solid brick (standard red brick size)
– 390×190×90mm solid block
3. Colored paving bricks / pavers
– Square paving bricks, rectangular walkway pavers
– I-shaped interlocking pavers (popular for export; suitable for courtyards and parking lots)

Operation

1. Working Principle
Core Mechanism: High-frequency bottom vibration combined with mechanical downward pressure from the upper mold. This process vibrates and compresses the mixture (cement, sand, and crushed stone or fly ash) into shape, expelling air to ensure a dense brick structure. The machine is equipped with wheels; after molding and demolding, it moves forward, leaving the bricks directly on the ground. This eliminates the need for PVC pallets—saving on costs—making it ideal for small-scale construction sites in Africa and Southeast Asia.
– Power: Dual vibration motors (bottom vibration and upper mold compression); some versions include a simple hydraulic system for lifting the mold.
– Molding Cycle: 40–50 seconds per mold.
– Power Rating: 1.5 kW (compatible with 220V/380V); total machine weight is approximately 200 kg, ensuring easy portability.
2.Complete Workflow (Cycle Steps)
1. Raw Material Mixing (Pre-process)
Cement, sand, aggregate (stone), and water are mixed in a mixer to create a uniform, moist concrete blend.
2. Material Loading
The mixed material is manually shoveled into the hopper at the top of the machine, which then feeds the material into the mold frame below.
3. Vibration & Compression Molding
The bottom vibration motor is activated; high-frequency vibration causes the material to settle, expel air, and fill the mold. Simultaneously, the upper mold head presses down on the material. Vibration continues for a set period to compact the mixture and form the shape of a hollow or solid brick.
4. Demolding (“Egg Laying”)
Vibration stops, and the upper mold assembly (including the mold frame) is lifted upward, leaving the brick on the ground.
5. Machine Repositioning
The machine moves forward by one brick position, clearing the newly formed brick. The brick remains intact on the ground, resembling a “laid egg.”
6. Reset & Next Cycle
The machine is positioned for the next run, the hopper is refilled, and the entire process repeats. 7. Natural Curing (Subsequent Stage)
The bricks are left in place to cure; they must not be disturbed during the initial stage. They require watering to maintain moisture for 7 to 28 days and must reach the required strength before they can be moved or put into use.

Configuration

QT40-3C small egg laying block machine Production Line: Complete Configuration

1. Mixing System
JQ350 Concrete Mixer + Feeding Belt Conveyor
– Mixer: Thoroughly mixes aggregates (sand/gravel), cement, and water.
2. Main Molding Unit (Core: QT40-3C Mobile “Egg-Laying” Brick Machine)
– Components: Main machine body, travel mechanism, dual vibration motors, hydraulic mold-lifting frame, and electrical control box.
– Interchangeable molds (for hollow bricks, solid bricks, I-shaped interlocking pavers, slope protection bricks, etc.; molds are optional accessories).
– Key Feature: Mobile molding—bricks are deposited directly onto a hardened concrete floor, eliminating the need for PVC pallets.
3. Auxiliary Equipment
1) Main Electrical Control Cabinet: Centralized power supply and protection for the entire line.
2) Spare Parts (Wear Parts): Vibration motor bearings, seals, mold wear plates, and hydraulic hoses.
3) Curing Equipment: Water hoses and spray guns (for watering/curing bricks after molding).
4. Post-Production Stage (Site-based, no mechanical equipment required)
– Hardened, level production floor (foundation for the “egg-laying” machine).
– Curing and stacking area; finished bricks are transported via forklift or manual pallet jack after curing.
