The QT4-15 is a fully automatic hydraulic brick machine featuring a rapid 15-second molding cycle. It is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, a forced material feeding system, and a high-frequency vibration and pressure-stabilizing system.

Working Principle: Raw material particles are tightly bonded through high-pressure pressing or vibration-assisted compression, eliminating the need for high-temperature firing.

Production Process

Fully automated workflow: Material feeding → Material distribution → High-pressure pressing → High-frequency vibration compaction → Automatic demolding → Automatic brick discharge → Natural curing.

The machine utilizes a thickened, integrally welded frame, precise four-column guiding, and hydraulic pressure-stabilized molding. The resulting bricks feature uniform density and high strength, with no internal voids, edge warping, or dimensional inconsistencies.

The entire system is ready for immediate operation upon connection; simply connect the power and load materials to start production—no complex installation is required.
