Overview
The QTS7-10 fully automatic hydraulic clay brick machine is the flagship model of the QTS series, featuring a seven-mold configuration and ultra-high output capacity; it is designed for large-scale, standardized clay brick plants. As the highest-capacity machine in the series, it molds seven standard interlocking clay bricks in a single cycle. Its output far exceeds that of conventional six-mold (or smaller) models, making it a premier piece of equipment in the non-fired clay brick sector, offering industry-leading mass production efficiency and an optimal return on investment.
This machine is defined by four core strengths: high output, high precision, robust stability, and broad soil compatibility. It is specifically engineered to handle various natural raw materials—such as laterite, clay, loess, and mixed soils—enabling stable mass production of compliant brick blanks without the need for fine screening or purification. Utilizing a fully automatic hydraulic molding process, the machine eliminates the need for kilns or high-temperature processing; instead, it relies on high-pressure physical compaction and natural cement hydration for curing. It is a highly compliant, green, and low-carbon building material production solution. The machine employs a proven “pallet-free” ground-molding process, where brick blanks are stacked directly on the ground for curing, thereby eliminating long-term costs associated with purchasing, replacing, and managing pallets.
Core Product Advantages
1. Ultra-high output with 7-mold design; rapid ROI: Industry-leading 7-mold configuration offers significant daily production capacity, ideal for handling large-volume orders and ensuring quick capital recovery.
2. Balanced pressure across molds; zero-defect output: Features an independent flow-distribution and pressure-stabilization system; ensures complete uniformity in density, thickness, and hardness across all seven bricks, resulting in high molding precision and a 100% pass rate for project inspections.
3. Exceptional soil compatibility: Highly adaptable to poor-quality red clay—including high-viscosity, high-moisture, and high-sand-content varieties—allowing for barrier-free sourcing of local materials and extremely low raw material costs.
4. Intelligent, energy-efficient operation: Combines variable-frequency vibration with a segmented pressure-stabilizing hydraulic system to deliver power on demand, resulting in lower energy consumption, reduced equipment wear, and low long-term operating and maintenance costs.
5. Stable, continuous all-weather operation: Heavy-duty box-frame structure offers superior resistance to vibration, deformation, and fatigue; supports uninterrupted two-shift production, with equipment stability far exceeding standard models.
Brick Types Produced
1. Interlocking clay “Lego-style” building bricks: A flagship best-seller; features tight interlocking connections, saves mortar, enables rapid construction, and is ideal for large-scale overseas residential projects.
2. Solid/hollow wall bricks: Widely used for load-bearing walls in residential housing, perimeter walls, and interior partition masonry.
3. Interlocking pavers for rural courtyards: Suitable for rural roads, factory roadways, and paving in residential courtyards.
4. Eco-friendly interlocking slope protection blocks: Includes Type-I and hexagonal hollow slope protection bricks; used for soil and water conservation projects along rivers, canals, and reservoirs.
5. Eco-friendly landscaping bricks: Includes grass pavers and tree-pit bricks; suitable for park landscaping, eco-friendly parking lots, and landscape renovation projects.
Application Scenarios
1. Large-scale standardized clay brick factories: Suitable for long-term, high-volume mass production, local wholesale distribution, and stable supply for construction projects. 2. Rural infrastructure projects: Large-scale housing and livelihood-focused construction projects in Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
3. Large-scale water conservancy and soil conservation projects: Key projects requiring massive quantities of blocks for eco-friendly slope protection and riverbank reinforcement.
4. Rural renovation projects: Mass production of auxiliary building materials for road paving, residential refurbishment, and village landscape improvements.
5. Large-scale building material supplier: Capable of fulfilling bulk orders consistently, backed by ultra-high production capacity.
6. Long-term investment production lines: Designed for high output and low downtime; ideal for standardized, refined, and large-scale factory operations.
Model Selection and Usage Recommendations
Within the QTS clay brick machine series, the QTS7-10 is positioned as the flagship model for high-volume production. It is ideal for clients with stable, large-scale orders who prioritize high output, low defect rates, and long-term operational viability. While 1–2 mold models suit small-scale trial production and 4–6 mold models suit medium-scale production, this 7-mold model is the preferred choice for large-scale manufacturing.
Prior to production, raw clay must be crushed and screened to remove hard impurities, thereby ensuring mold longevity and product quality. Vibration frequency and pressure-holding time should be fine-tuned based on local soil moisture and sand content; once optimal parameters are established, they can be saved in the system to ensure standardized mass production. The production site must be paved and level, with ample space designated for zoned curing; green bricks should be stacked systematically and cured for 7–14 days to achieve full hardening before shipment.
Routine maintenance involves regularly checking hydraulic oil levels, the integrity of hydraulic seals, and mold flatness, as well as cleaning residual soil from mold cavities and tightening equipment bolts. To extend the lifespan of electrical components, the variable-frequency drive system should be protected from frequent start-stop cycles. A standardized two-shift production schedule is recommended to fully leverage the high-output capabilities of the 7-mold system, thereby maximizing overall production efficiency and return on investment.
