Overview
Core Advantages
1. Robust, durable, and long service life
The machine body is constructed using ultra-strong structural steel and specialized welding techniques, ensuring exceptional rigidity and vibration resistance. Molds undergo multiple heat treatment processes—including quenching, tempering, carburizing, and boronizing—significantly enhancing wear resistance and extending service life beyond national standards.
2. Versatile functionality and easy mold changing
By simply changing molds, the machine can produce a wide variety of brick types, including hollow bricks, solid bricks, porous bricks, pavers, curbstones, and interlocking blocks.
3. High product density and quality
Utilizing a dual-vibration system (combining table and mold vibration) alongside German frequency-conversion vibration technology, the produced blocks achieve compressive strengths exceeding 15 MPa. Standard bricks and pavers can be stacked immediately after production, saving on pallet investment.
4. High automation and labor savings
Equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system featuring automatic fault diagnosis, the entire production line requires only 5–6 operators.
5. Wide range of raw materials
Production utilizes diverse raw materials such as crushed stone, sand, cement, fly ash, coal cinder, slag, and industrial waste.
Brick Types Produced
By simply changing molds, the QT5-15 brick-making machine can produce various brick types
• Hollow blocks (390×190×190mm, 400×200×200mm, etc.)
• Solid bricks/Standard bricks (240×115×53mm, etc.)
• Porous bricks (240×115×90mm, etc.)
• Pavers/Colored bricks (200×100×60mm, etc.)
• Interlocking blocks (230×220×115mm, etc.)
• Curbstones (up to 1 meter in length)
·Specialty bricks such as grass pavers, tree-ring bricks, and slope protection bricks

Molds of various specifications can be customized according to the drawings or brick dimensions provided by the customer.

Operation
2.1 Basic Working Principle
The QT5-15 concrete brick making machine operates on the principle of "hydraulic transmission combined with pressure-vibration molding." An electric motor drives the hydraulic system to generate power, while the PLC control system coordinates the actions of various actuating components. After batching and mixing, the material is fed into the machine's feeding box, which distributes the mixture evenly into the mold cavities. Subsequently, the pressure head descends while the bottom vibration table generates high-frequency vibrations; this subjects the material to the combined action of pressure and vibration, resulting in rapid compaction and molding. Finally, a hydraulic demolding mechanism smoothly ejects the molded brick, completing the production cycle. 2.2 Workflow
The overall production process is as follows
1. Raw Material Preparation → A loader feeds raw materials—such as sand, crushed stone, cement, and fly ash—into the batching machine.
2. Automatic Batching → The batching machine automatically weighs the various raw materials according to preset ratios.
3. Mixing → A JS500 mixer thoroughly blends the raw materials with water.
4. Belt Conveying → The mixed material is transported via conveyor belt to the main machine's hopper.
5. Automatic Material Feeding → The feeding mechanism distributes the material evenly into the mold.
6. Vibration Molding → The pressure head descends while the vibrating table operates at high frequency, compacting and molding the material.
7. Hydraulic Demolding → The hydraulic system ejects the molded brick units.
8. Brick Discharge → Finished bricks are conveyed out via the discharge rack.
9. Pallet Stacking & Curing → An automatic pallet stacker stacks the pallets, which are then moved to the curing area for natural curing.
